Club Volleyball Where She Still Loves the Game.

Team Illinois is a small, family-first volleyball club in Wood Dale for girls 15U–18U — real coaching, real attention, and a season that brings your whole family closer.

Big Clubs Can Take the Fun Right Out of It.

At a lot of clubs, girls get lost in the shuffle — buried on a huge roster, stuck behind politics and favoritism, and pushed so hard the game stops being fun. That’s not what you want for your daughter, and it’s not what we do.

  • She gets lost on an oversized roster

  • Playing time comes down to politics, not effort

  • The pressure quietly burns her out

  • She starts to dread the sport she used to love

A Small Club That Actually Knows Your Daughter.

We get it — you want her to grow, compete, and have fun without losing her love for the game or feeling like just another number. We’re entering our 10th season doing club volleyball differently: small rosters, every girl cross-trains all positions, Family Night, free Media Night photos, and coaches who know her name. Last season, 20 of our 21 girls came back — because they still loved it.

Getting Started Is Simple.

    1. Register for Tryouts

Late October / early November, right after IHSA regionals. One tryout, $25.

  • Outline drawing of a hand holding a ball with a line through it, indicating 'no' or 'not allowed', with a similar line through the ball to signify restriction or prohibition.

    2. Find Her Team

Small 15U–18U rosters mean she gets real coaching and real reps from day one.

  • Stylized illustration of a mask with two hands in pink in front of it, set against a black background.

    3. Watch Her Thrive

She builds skills, keeps her love for the game, and your family grows closer through the season.

She comes home from practice happy. She plays every position. She makes real friends. And come March, she still loves volleyball — and your family feels closer for it. That’s the whole point.
